Vinistar Karo

The Vinistar Karo is a high-quality PVC film. During the production process a grid pattern is printed on the PVC film. With a pre-printed grid pattern, you can easily give your end product a special look. The Vinistar Karo is based on the Vinistar Classic.

In addition to the standard version with a square grid pattern of 25 cm by 25 cm, you also have the option of having your logo or brand name incorporated in the grid lines.

The Vinistar Karo offers the same transparency as the unprinted PVC film from the Vinistar Classic series. This PVC film can be processed by high frequency welding or hot air welding. You can also easily stitch the window film into, for example, polyester-, nylon- or PVC-coated industrial fabric.

 

 

Product Characteristics

  • REACH compliant:

    Produced as standard with safe, environmentally friendly plasticisers that comply with the European REACH directive.

  • UV resistant:

    UV stabilised PVC film remains transparent for a long time with minimal discolouration, even in the most challenging weather conditions

  • Lozenge pattern:

    The lozenge pattern is standard 25 cm by 25 cm with a thickness of the lattice lines of 1 cm. A brand name or logo can also be incorporated into the grid lines.

  • Optimal transparency:

    The Vinistar Karo has optimal transparency, allowing more than 87.2% light through and blocking about 90% of harmful UV radiation.

  • Double polished:

    The standard polished finish on both sides of the material contributes to even greater clarity.

  • Easy maintenance:

    Cleaning with mild soap and lukewarm water is sufficient. Read more about this in our maintenance manual.

    All our PVC films are developed and produced by Achilles in factories in Japan or the United States.

    We supply various qualities directly from stock, from flame-retardant and low shrinkage to anti-static and cold resistant window film. For an overview go to our product page.

    In our warehouse in the Netherlands we have various qualities films available directly from stock from 0.30mm to 0.75mm.
